Welcome to ResellRhythm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resellrhythm.com and our repricing services (the "Service"), operated by Bent Ear LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
ResellRhythm provides automated pricing tools that connect to your Etsy account (and potentially other marketplaces in the future) via official APIs to help you monitor and adjust listing prices according to rules you configure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize ResellRhythm to access and modify listing data, including prices, on your behalf, subject to the rules and limits you configure. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings and pricing.
Each subscription tier includes specific listing count and price-check frequency limits, as described on our Pricing page. These limits exist in part due to third-party marketplace API rate limits and are subject to change.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that automated price changes will always result in increased sales, profit, or that third-party marketplace APIs will remain available or unchanged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellRhythm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including pricing errors resulting from automated adjustments.
ResellRhythm is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or any other marketplace referenced. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
